Rosemary Trible | Founder
Rosemary Trible, Founder of Fear 2 Freedom, has dedicated her life to inspiring survivors of sexual assault to overcome fear and challenging college students to change the world by serving others.
Rosemary’s passion to help others comes from her own life-changing experience. At 25 years old, she was raped at gunpoint, after hosting a television segment on sexual assault. In her book, Fear to Freedom, she recounts her journey from trauma and fear to forgiveness and freedom by sharing her story with others. She is committed to seeing all survivors of sexual violence find joy and walk the path of healing.

Virginia started working with Fear 2 Freedom in June of 2021. She brings years of experience working for nonprofits in the U.S. and overseas, including postings in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa where she managed advocacy campaigns, developed communication strategies, and led marketing initiatives for large-scale programs encompassing a wide range of human rights and social issues.
Virginia has her MBA from the College of William and Mary’s Mason School of Business. An undergraduate alumnae of The University of Virginia, she enjoys travel, teatime and chocolate.

Kadetra Cooper

Kadetra started working with F2F in October 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing & Merchandising, Master of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management, and a credential as a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP). Kadetra has spent the majority of her career in corporate roles; however, has experience in the nonprofit sector in program management, marketing, and public relations. She is excited to assist with the great work F2F has done and will continue to do as it grows.

Lauren Carrasco-Kyllönen

Lauren started working with F2F in October 2019. She earned her B.S. in Community Development from Central Michigan University. Lauren has a background in education and 7 years of experience in the nonprofit sector working on programs, grants, volunteer coordination, sexual assault advocacy, outreach, events, and marketing. She is excited to help F2F grow and further develop its awareness & prevention programs.

Isabella started working with F2F in September 2022. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from Christopher Newport University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting historical places, and reading. Isabella is ready to help grow awareness for F2F’s missions through its educational programs and advancing community partner relationships.

Jeniffer Green Development Coordinator

Jeniffer comes to Fear 2 Freedom with decades of experience in fundraising, advocacy and providing consultation services to clients in the fields of education, government, private industry, nonprofits and politics. She has been a staunch advocate in raising sexual assault awareness, especially on college campuses. Jeniffer is an alumna of the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she still serves on various committees. She enjoys writing and spending time with her family and friends.
